If you have a "proper" billing system then yes you can. In our case we do
lose money but its worth it. For instance my rate to Mongolia may go up and
I may lose 2 cents a minute. If say at the same time Swiss mobile drops and
we now make 1 cent more per minute with 100k minutes per month we have no
issue losing $20.00 to gain $1000.00 per month.
