[VoiceOps] T-Mobile issues

[David Funderburk]

One of our customers (H2L) office number is coming across as 'Survey
Call' on T-Mobile cell phones. I know with certainty it's with
'T-Mobile' phones and it's been doing this for months.  How do we get
that fixed?
