[VoiceOps] One-time Bulk LRN Lookup

Check these guys.  I know I can do number range lookups and get bulk results back in table format on their site exported to CSV/Excel.  They have a fairly simple API that I believe would return the same results.

We also could use such a service.  One provider suggested we just hit
their API over and over again...even if that means we are slamming them
with thousands of requests.  We are able to do this, but it just feels
like the wrong solution.
