[VoiceOps] Trouble calling 8xx numbers

Is anybody else having issues calling 8xx destinations with Inteliquent 
since last night?  This is mostly being reported as credit card machines 
and ATMs not working.  Other than acknowledging my ticket, Inteliquent 
has been unresponsive (I'll have to start working their escalation list 
soon...sigh).  I am hearing that other telcos around me are having 
issues as well.
