[VoiceOps] Issues calling Switzerland

Hi,

Has anyone had any uptick in complaints calling to Switzerland? Yesterday
morning (about 06:00 eastern time) we started getting a lot of complaints.
Callers hear a message "The person you are calling does not want to be
disturned". All of our carriers seem to be randomly having this issue (BT,
Verizon, BICS etc.).
