[VoiceOps] Peerless issues in NY

our COO has the same tone lately about them


ive asked them to reroute our numbers away from that LRN, and its been
several hours and it wasn't done yet

sorry for the rant, but it's also reality , and if we dont deliver good
service to our customers, they will find another vendor that will.
