[VoiceOps] thinQ is making hay while Bandwidth is down

The portion of their offering I always liked the most was their LCR as a
service. Their orig product is mostly uninspired.
Theyve had their own outages which were platform related, everyone has
them. I usually would think players in this space would have a little
more class than to try kicking someone when down. Every provider has bad
days.
