[VoiceOps] CapTel Support

This might be a long shot, but is there anyone from CapTel phones on this distro?

We are trying to set up a CapTel phone to work through VOIP, and unfortunately, we are running into issues where we can't get the service/device to work and keep getting network errors on the device.

I am trying to figure it out and get it resolved, so any assistance would be appreciated.
