[VoiceOps] Stale Caller ID

The opportunity with S/S is still there, I would say more real than ever
before with both Apple and Android on board and S/S gaining more maturity
plus RCD being a standard. A semi-decentralized approach (i.e. for the CNAM
claims specifically) can consist of leveraging S/S to decide
which Originating Service Provider (OSP) RCD data you trust based on the
OSP that signed the call.

For business-like applications that require more rigorous vetting for brand
protection there's some momentum going on with initiatives like Branded
Calling ID.
