Dry Fiber was removed from all AT&T Tariffs. Not possible to get
it.<br>
Inter-Office fiber is available sometimes if you can figure out
where it is, but it is challenging.<br>

Did an SI for some a couple of months ago and was told Dry Fiber was
unavailable. Then that there wasn't capacity anyway.<br>
