traffic, etc. ??? Since Friday 12/10 in the afternoon we have had issues
with several customers on third party internet carriers where customers on
Verizon broadband in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Wilkes-Barre</st1:City>
<st1:State w:st="on">PA</st1:State></st1:place> cannot pass SIP traffic to
level 3 IP addresses . and where customers on Sprint are getting one way audio
