All of them can do that over their data network, so I'm not sure what you're asking for.  Any smartphone can have a softphone client loaded and use SIP over the data network.  If you're asking for a cell company that specifically supports that, forget it.  They know this is the future, and what will turn them into a dumb pipe.  They don't want that, but it's the best for all of us.<div>

Hello,<br><br>I am looking for a cell phone company that is capable of providing SIP service instead of sending the calls over the cellular network.<br><br>If anybody here is capable of providing such a service or can recommend a vendor that can do that, please let me know.<br>
