We had a rough start at the beginning with stability and support issues but things have been more stable in the last few months. With the exception of a single device using HTTPS on a separate beta server, we exclusively use the product for faxing via email.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>Our one customer using the HTTPS integration likes it and it rarely goes down, but again it is only one device on a dedicated server. We do however intend to investigate expanded HTTPS use in the mid-term future.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>Our main issue with the product is that it does not seem to be particularly suited for a service provider environment.
