Their service is pretty solid with one exception where they lost an IP carrier and it took 5 minutes (an eternity) for BGP to re-route. Other than that, most issues have been a long call connect here and there, which points to specific carriers (they are only as good as their weakest link). Their portal is top-notch and their support thus far has been good.
