</blockquote><div><br></div><div>From my understanding, not necessarily.  I remember years ago having a DS3 with the individual DS1s connected to three or four different telcos (we were shopping around at the time).  The DS1s from one upstream telco had slightly different timing than a DS1 from another telco.<br>
