Yes Hypercube has an extremely low rate. They say they have fixed it but their route to the exchange seems to be always full and congested. I haven't been able to get a call to go through still with them. I at least get an immediate 503 though now from them.<div>

I have a trouble ticket open with Hypercube. Their rate is super low for this NPA/NXX and is the route has long PDD then fails. So I'm wondering if once this route is fixed, if most everyone else's routes will get fixed.<u></u><u></u></p>
