doing the NPA-NXX lookup AFTER the LNP lookup. The NPA-NXX of the
LRN is the carrier of record. If it's a cell phone company NPA/NXX
you're dealing with a cellphone.<br>

TCPA compliance product from Neustar, which someone else posted
yesterday, is the best solution. Pretty cheap too. It's just
indicates intermodal porting of a number with no other info.
