<p dir="ltr">Level 3 was $100 an order, no matter how many numbers for port in.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Port out or in was limited by trunk groups, made it very hard to port in or out.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Porting out was free.<br><br></p>
