I can see them getting in legal trouble by not providing a mechanism to remedy/correct issues. I'm not aware of anything you can do other than flagging "not spam" in the app. I have clients who are challenged by this, and assume that's why you are asking. Like totally legit medical office billing that's flagged by scumbags who don't want to pay a bill, and think that's proper retaliation.
