Frontier said they were seeing the multiple calls coming in from CenturyLink and Neutral Tandem. They gave me point codes and some other number I didn't recognize (TSC GNxxxxxx). Unfortunately, I only have mass-market customer facing support numbers (well, just for CenturyLink).
