<p>INDigital's system they built with Penninsula FiberNet in Michigan is SIP, with private ethernet connectivity to PFN's switches (not public IP networks). Not sure about other states.<br>

Is the interconnection TDM or IP? I did not see much on their site. I did see they provide services in a few States. </div>
