Returning blocks <br>in NPAC only pertains to TNs you've ported to your LRN that you no <br>longer use. You mixed up the third component of reporting disconnects. <br>That's done in the RND database and those should be reported monthly.<br><br>All 3 are totally separate from each other and used for different <br>purposes.<br><br>- NRUF it to report number utilization and forecasting of NXX blocks<br>- NPAC is the database used for porting telephone numbers<br>-RND is used for reporting numbers that are disconnected.
