<div dir="ltr">If you have a phone switch with SS7 links, you can do a SS7 query and see what carrier it is.<div><br></div><div>Also, there's Lumen, and legacy Century Link, and Bright Speed, etc. All of which split up voice operations. So, it could be one of those subsidiaries.
