RTX runs the prepaid platform that carriers use to offer prepaid service to smaller clients.<div><br></div><div>The only other carrier that I'm aware of currently using RTX is Arelion but PCCW, Telstra Global, Telecom Italia Sparkle, and Turk Telekom used to use the platform in the past.</div><div><br></div><div>DTICSS suggests to use funds ASAP. </div><div><br></div><div>~Jared</div></div>
