I'm a Kiwi, I've met Americans who think New Zealand is somewhere north of
Germany. :-) :-) And I ask for it, I live in the US...
But back on topic, :-), I have had experience with SEAisa telcos, T1
based, that can't/won't/shan't do anything denser than T1. T3, E3, nothing
doing. That's the way that it is.
So I totally understand where you are coming from.
