Hi all,

I need some help on a strong problem.
We work with Sycamore DWDM and Cisco switches (c6509 & c3500xl)
The link between the Sycamore and Cisco are gigabit link (With
different kind of interfaces ZX,LX,SX).
Here's a little scheme :

c3500XL--------Gigabitlink------SYCAMORE--------SDH_RING---------SYCAM
ORE------Gigabitlink---------c6509

We have some problem with auto-negotiation on each gigabitlink. Each
giga interface are configured with auto-negotiation (on Sycamore and
Cisco) but sometimes we loose the link. The only way to solve the
problem is to disable/enable auto-negotiation and then it works.
We have open a case at Cisco TAC and Sycamore but for the moment we
have no response.

I'd like to know if someone has any experience on this kind of
problem especially with this equipment.

Thanks all for your help.

MARTRES Jean-Jacques.
