This is not so obvious. If fragmentation of IP packets was working well in
the PE router code, following IP protocol premises, i wouldnīt be worried
about BGP maximum segment size.

OK, thatīs the point. Is it dynamicaly calculated, following something like
TCP MSS calculation ? Or is it statically programmed in the code in such a
way that this value will be uniform ?
