Pardon my ignorance, but how to identify rebuild?

We are using ST images because of MPLS functionality,
but I was not aware that cisco is changing those images
without incrementing subrevision number (18)....

This is an output from sh ver:

Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software
IOS (tm) 7200 Software (C7200-K4P-M), Version 12.0(18)ST, EARLY
DEPLOYMENT RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Thanks for pointers or clarifications,

Przemek
