Hi,
I have a router will the following interface addresses:

    192.168.2.1/24
    172.16.11.1/24
    10.0.3.200/24

I configured OSPF, and the Router ID is 10.0.3.200. The documents
say that Router ID is the highest interface IP address. How
does 10.0.3.200 turn out to be the highest interface IP ?
