Um, the "ip cef" command *is* present in c4500-j-mz.111-21.CC (and
-20.CC). It is *not* present in c4500-d-mz.111-20.CC (or -in-). It
obviously has an effect. So it seems clear to me that the -j- images
*have* been built with CEF.
