My partner Boris found something on cisco bug nevigator page as
below,it shows some pontenial bugs
I don't know it's link with my problem,but regional cisco tech manger
suggested us upgrade to 12.0.18s1~
And my bandwidth is full mode for reply to chris
What do you think ? my ios and bootimage ver are 12.0.15s1

Release Notes
After an upgrade to 12.0(16.6)S3.0516 from an earlier IOS version based
on 12.0(15)S2, some linecards might have problems to boot :
%MBUS-0-DOWNREV: MBUS agent in slot 1 running from ROM
%MBUS-2-DNLDFAIL: MBUS Agent RAM download to slot 1
and end up in FIB disable state (dCEF not running) after 6 minutes for the
linecards not up.
%FIB-3-FIBDISABLE: Fatal error, slot 7: No window message, LC to RP IPC is
non-
operational
Workaround: a "microcode reload" or complete reload seems to fix the problem
sometimes.
