As we attend the IETF this week, I find myself wondering what is
happening in the IRTF-RR. The list has certainly been silent.
Does this mean that we no longer feel there are any important
research problems that this groups should tackle?
Is there a blue ribbon panel working behind the scenes to give
real motivation to the work?
Is anyone out there? And do we care?
