Yes!!! Popups are EVIL.  Especially NEEDLESS popups (like the bug tool).

The bug tool actually works fine if you bookmark the URL that the popup
requests, and go there directly.  Makes one wonder even more why the
popup is there in the first place.  Damn web "designers"
