[nsp] slow leak in 12.3(1a) ?

to add to the 12.3(1a) thread:

i've had no problems with any 12.3 since it had been released. now,
however i'm hit with a (slow) memory leak

a 3660 is handling about 256kbps of internet traffic. since i enabled
inspects and ids features some three weeks ago, the box got out of
memory in two weeks, and based on interpolation of memory graphs, it
will die in a few days again.

the only culprit seems to be IP input, eating sligtly more than 1M of
memory a day... a diff for 'sh proc mem' from yesterday and today says

67c67
< 63 8780148 74820 0 IP Input
---
> 63 10441964 76900 0 IP Input

did anyone see this or am i about to open yet-another-one-case? :-/

thanks
