[nsp] Q931 ISDN PRI back-to-back (vaguely cisco!)

Hi,
 if I want to connect two primary rate isdn devices back to back (specifically 
PBX to a Cisco eg 3600/5200/5300) what is required? 

Does the E1 require any line driver/CSU etc or can I simply cross Rx/Tx?

I assume PRI is similar to BRI in its designation of interface types etc and I 
need something to act as the exchange? Can I get a box to do this? (Note this is 
for the UK which is E1/30B+D/Q931)
