The feature is called 'Network side PRI', and it looks like the 5200 is 
excluded. Also, it's something supported by many PBX systems. At the 
physical layer, it is as simple as crossing TX and RX.

It comes in handy for evaluating dialup configurations on spare 
equipment without having some kind of exchange emulator or provisioning 
additional circuits from telcos.
