[nsp] Really strange NAT Problem

And to respond to myself one last time...

Thanks everyone for all your help, at this point everything is up and
running. What we were missing was the following line:

 ip nat inside source static esp 192.168.231.252 interface Loopback0

We added that and everything has come up perfectly.
