Just a tiny clarification. You do *not* need the "ip nat outside" in the loopback interface configuration. Because NAT happens after routing, it is useless unless the loopback ip address appears in the routing table, which (as I understand it), is not the case here.

Should work just fine without it, with the source being translated to the loopback address.
