[c-nsp] Issue with advertising host addresses in BGP

You have specific network entries (i.e mask 255.255.255.255) but these 
routes do not appear in your routing table (i.e the directly connected 
route via int vlan411 is a /29).

Try creating some static routes to the vlan411 interface , i.e

!
ip route vrf test 88.x.y.249 255.255.255.255 vlan411
ip route vrf test 88.x.y.250 255.255.255.255 vlan411
!
