If your ME3600X's are single-homed to your Aggregation
routers, then you won't get any benefit from a redundancy
perspective.

When you do decide to mesh or ring your Access network (or
dual-home to your Aggregation routers), then considering
MPLS for your ME3600X's is worth the consideration.
