[c-nsp] cisco memory bug / propabilities?

Hi,

This year I have rebooted 6x 6500 switches all remotely, 4 were fine
and 2 weren't.

One of them had the FWSM die (WS-SVC-FWM). The other had the Sup die
(SUP720-10G). I can't confirm if it was a memory corruption issue or
not. In each case replacement hardware was onsite, as soon as the box
doesn't boot up successfully chucking an error out the console about a
specific card not working, an onsite smart hards replaces the card and
it boots, if the ripped cards are under warranty they're RMA'ed.
