Do you have any conferencing resources configured? Under the services
menu go to Media Resources and the Conference Bridges. Make sure that
you have at least one conference bridge set up and configured in the
Media Resource Group that your phone is using.

Hope that helps,
Adam

Subject: [cisco-voip] Trouble using Conference Feature on Handset

This morning I was calling 2 of my internal colleagues using the
Conference feature on the Cisco phone. As soon as I tried to conference
them both in, the phone would drop both calls and give a busy tone. I
tried it twice and it failed both times.

I double checked the Calling Search Space for my Device and for my Line
Setting and both should be allowed to make internal as well as external
calls. What else am I forgetting to check?

Thanks in Advance,
-Anthony
