[cisco-voip] FXS module breaking

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your reply and the links.
I will have a look and see what I can figure out.

>From what I can see the problem definitely appears to be an electrical fault 
with the modules. As time goes on I'm beginning to believe that something 
from the existing PBX is burning them out, although there is no visible 
physical damage on the modules.
