Yes, CM4.1 has the 224 as an option when you attempt to add a gateway.  
Currently it can be an h323 gw or MGCP gw.  Later this year new software 
for the 224 will allow it to be an SCCP endpoint to add supplimentary 
service similar to the ATA or vg248.
