Andy,
I believe the default is to not receive more than 500 result set entries
from the directory, but I believe this is configurable. If AS is
envolved you can ask for a recreate proof of concept using all of the
tools you anticipate. Be sure to include CTI applications in the
recreate as these are heavily dependent on directory functionality. A
few big hitters that always come up: CER, IPCC Express, Attendant
Console (including verify directory listing), IPMA, ART/CAR, Extension
Mobility.
