[cisco-voip] Enlarge the timeout to connect to the publisher CCM

Hi all,
i have this problem, i think i know what is responsible for it, but i don't know how to fix it!!
The implementation
Central Site :Callmanager 3.3(3) with several IPPhones
Remote site: IPPhones only that get registered to the central site's CCM through a 1760V cisco router. This router has DHCP configured on it and it also runs SRST.
The problem
- When SRST is enabled at the router, the remote site's IPPHONES prefer NOT to register to the CCM (which is at the central site) but to the SRST!
- When i disable the SRST, the phones succeed to register to the CCM.
