When I recieve an H.323 call from an other Gateway ( not a Cisco GW ) my
debitcard.tcl script fails. here is my syslog:

1919151: 2w1d: //1855//TCL2:/tcl_legCmd: leg setupack leg_incoming
1919152: 2w1d: //1855//TCL2:/tcl_setupAckCmd: setupack leg_incoming

1919156: 2w1d: //1855//TCL2:/TclInterpDriver: Tcl_Eval Failed in
action=act_Setup code=1
1919157: code=ERROR
1919158: 2w1d: IVR TCL script failure
1919159: 	Result:
1919160: Illegal Operation: Leg not incoming or in wrong state
1919161: 2w1d: IVR TCL script failure errorInfo:
1919162: Illegal Operation: Leg not incoming or in wrong state
1919163:     while executing
1919164: "leg setupack leg_incoming"
1919165:     (procedure "act_Setup" line 8)
1919166:     invoked from within
1919167: "act_Setup"

However it not fails if the call comes from POTS or a H323 client as
OpenPhone.
