[cisco-voip] easiest way to monitor PRI's

If you only have one PRI on the mgcp gateway, then you can use the 
counter under MGCP gateways to see the number of active calls to that 
gateway.

We are apparently still challenged when it comes to active calls per 
trunk (ds1) on an mgcp gateway.
