[cisco-voip] Convincing Management

We are running 4.0, and we had CCM going bananas once a month (all phones
de-registered) until we upgraded to 2 GB (from the initially
Cisco-recommended 1 GB). 

Maybe 4.1 manages memory better. But when we upgrade to 4.1, I won't remove
any memory out of the server!...
