Well, with 1 gig of RAM I only had 30mb - 60mb available, so I bumped it
up to 2gigs. This is with a 7835 pub and 7825 sub. And I was told the
new MCS servers are coming with 2 gigs. Maybe it was just due to my
environment. 7 PRI's, FXO's, CRA (off box) and 200 phones + cti ports.

Immediate Divert allows the user to divert or transfer a call directly

that users voicemail box. The feature can be used while a call is
ringing
into a phone, so without answering the call you can divert the call to
voicemail. You can also use the feature while a call is on hold or
active.
Memory is not too expensive these days, where does Cisco specify that
CCM
4.x requires 2gb of memory? I have a several servers running CCM 4.1(2)
with
only 1gb of memory.

Only negative that management might bark at, is you really need to move
to 2 gigs of RAM ($$).
